Dr. Kumudu Suriya is a Canadian National Dental Examination Board (NDEB) certified Dentist who graduated from the University of Peradeniya (Pera.) and the University of British Columbia (UBC) Dental Faculties. She also taught at both faculties.
Dr. Suriya has been proactively learning and supporting staff at her Clinic to incorporate best practices and new technology, as oral health is a major component of overall health. She is also a proponent of a collaborative team approach to dentistry to make a difference with a healthy, beautiful smile. This philosophy has enabled her to see possibilities beyond the obvious and to provide her patients with the very best care. In 2014, to provide a wide range of dental services to children and adults, she started her own state-of-the-art Clinic – Bear Creek Dental Clinic, in Surrey, BC.

Yasmin Abdullah is a Federation of Dental Hygiene Regulators of Canada (FDHRC) registered hygienist who graduated from SUNY Broome Community College in Upstate New York. Born and raised in New York, Yasmin settled in British Columbia more than 10 years ago. She is passionate about promoting good oral health through patient education
